Standing in line writing this review because I’ve been waiting so long and there’s still 6 people in line ahead of me. When I walked in, someone in the front greeted me and said “the system is slow” to curb my expectations. What he failed to mention is that there’s only 1 teller working. That seems like lack of management and scheduling mistakes. I’ve come here multiple times because of its proximity, every time I come here there is only 1 teller working. In fact, the last time I came here the 1 teller was on break and I had to wait 15 minutes until they came back from break to be helped. The greeter told me I would have to wait because the teller is on break. Meaning, they had scheduled times during business hours when no tellers are available to help customers. Keep in mind they have multiple people standing around in the lobby, the person that greeted me took the time to walk behind and tell the teller “I’ve been telling people the system is slow.” He refused to look at the line of 8 people standing here (since 4 people walked out since I got here). The same sole teller is helping the same customer, other bankers are clearly walking around but no one is coming up to help customers. Awful management, they are the system that is slow.

Editing this review because I’m looking at other posts and everyone complains of the same thing. I bet this review will get an automated generic response from BoA that suggests I use the ATM or mobile banking.

Just adding to what everyone else is saying. Management is terrible, how are you going to have multiple workers standing and doing nothing in the lobby and have only one teller servicing. The line always terribly long because of this. The tellers themselves are great it’s just schedule management is so bad.

Please avoid coming to this place at all costs. The service at the counter will infuriate you, and the manager will blatantly disregard the facts, blaming everything on the customer. I have never encountered such a terrible bank in the U.S.

Very RUDE and BAD service. Keep asking u to schedule appointments and not accepting walk-in. However I opened my account at the same branch earlier this year just via walk-in. The manager here is quite snobbish and racism towards Asians. I suggest everyone comes to other branches!
