I had 2 bank accounts hacked from this branch. I closed my account after the second account was hacked and drained in less than a year by fraudulent checks deposited electronically. My mother’s caregiver had her debit card number and pin stolen from this branch. When she appeared in person at the branch the personnel refused to recognize her as the account holder even though she presented identification and froze her account so that she could not access funds to pay bills. My sister has had an account at this branch for years and when her debit card and pin were stolen and compromised the branch/Citibank did not catch the fraud for 3 months until she found it. The manager Mr. Haroian was extremely rude when dealing with my mother’s caregiver who is Filipina and refused to explain the problem with her card when I accompanied her. Avoid this branch if you don’t want your money stolen or frozen.

This branch always goes above and beyond to help me with a question or a need, they offer excellent customer service. Also the branch manager Ara Haroian is a true gentleman and an excellent manager.

I am never going back to this branch again. You have to repeat your request 4 different ways and still the tellers don't do as you ask. They cannot follow the simplest instructions. In the past, I have used post-it notes with instructions for basic transactions. I will use the branch near Occidental College on Eagle Rock Blvd. from now on. The tellers are much sharper there and very pleasant.

This is a great little bank.what I appreciate most is how the manager really goes out of his way to help you with any challenges you may have. Ara has been a tremendous help with all my transactions. Nicest guy you’ll meet

Absolutely loved my experience at this branch today. Had to close my father's accounts due to his death and received the most caring and respectful service by a banker named Esmeralda. Thinking of opening a savings account with Citi because of the exceptional service.

I had a great experience in this branch. Ara H. is amazing We had some lone complications with citibank online that was dragging for two weeks but Ara the manager helped me sort that through in 20min. Highly recommend this location.

This bank's ATM saved my trip to Los Angeles! I have a Dutch debit card from ING and no credit card. Anywhere out of the U.S. I would've been fine, but debit cards from outside of the U.S. are rarely accepted in normal stores.
But this ATM machine takes Maestro! Will go here again.

Needed 3 bank Statements after closing account and the women working there wouldn't print it out even though they were not busy at all. One said she would mail them, but I only ended up receiving statements from 1 account and now have to go back to get the rest.
