Habitación sin enchufes usb. No dejan cafetera con cápsulas ni café de buena calidad solo un hervidor eléctrico y sobres de Nescafé ordinarios. Agua de cortesía solo el primer día de ingreso. |En el baño amenities de mala calidad y escasos y solo el primer día. No reponen cuando hacen la limpieza. Mala calidad del papel higiénico. |Cables sueltos y en rollo mal amigados a pared en baño. |Cortinas black out rotas y malas. |Televisor de pocas pulgadas.|Falta de plancha en habitación.|Mala calidad de los muebles de habitación. |No hay piscina.|Pesimaaaaaa!!!!!!!! La atención de todos los del hotel. Gente de recepción te tratan como un número más. |Desayuno económico barato y sin nada que destaque. Hotel masivo de mala calidad

This is a great hotel, definitely worth the stay.||The rooms are clean and modern - with particularly good showers! The rooms also have lovely views. ||All the staff were very friendly and helpful too. ||The spa is also worth a visit - it has good facilities and really fantastic views over the city too. The only downside is you have to pay extra to use the spa facilities - it would be nice to include at least one visit in the price of a stay!

My husband and I loved this hotel! The room was very spacious and the hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean and we had a perfect view of the city from the 22nd floor. The location is not the greatest, however, the main sites are only a 30-minute walk.

We were warmly greeted on arrival and allocated a room on the 24th floor with views of the river, the city and fantastic sunsets and sun rises!|The room itself was spacious and well appointed though a coffee machine would have been a lot better than sachets of powder! The bed was very large and very comfortable and the tropical rain shower was perfect.|The views were breathtaking especially from the sky bar on level 37. The first night we waited too long to order our drinks (20 minutes) but on the second night service was 100%.|We were given complimentary free cocktails and free car parking so very happy with that!

Precios elevados en restaurantes y los camareros el ocasiones piensan que todos sus clientes no son de habla hispana... cuidado con lo que se critica. Porque en cualquier rincón te pueden entender lis clientes. El servicio de habitaciones muy amable. Un poco lío tema de llaves y claves de ascensor.

Our recent stay at this was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite its claim to be a 5-star establishment, the reality was far from it. The bed provided in our room was horrible - we could feel every spring digging into back, and making loud noises with even the smallest movement. For the premium price of EUR 280 per night, this level of discomfort is simply unacceptable.

As a guest, we expected better treatment and a higher standard of service.

we strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It's clear that they prioritize profit over guest comfort and satisfaction. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a hotel that values its guests' well-being.

This hotel was probably one of the nicest places we stayed at during our vacation. Amazing city views from the room....amazing room! Location was perfect for everyplace we wanted to visit in downtown area and nearby hop-on-hop-off bus stop.
