A real SCAM! It took almost one month to receive the items. The quality of the items is so poor and the fabric is as thin as toilet papers….I sent 5 emails to ask for a return, they ended up telling me to return it to an address in China….Jesus Christ! I’ve never seen something like this. DO NOT BUY!

If it could be a zero star it would be. Honestly, I bought from them once last year and it was perfectly okay, shipment and delivery and items were perfect. Then I decided to order again this year, 1 month passed no update, 2 months nothing... It's been 8 months now and my order is awaiting shipment and they have now ignored my emails. It's crazy. I should have seen all these reviews before shopping again this year. They've taken my money and never returned it, absolute scam for real. Also, super weird thing, when I check the status of my order from their website, it says the date of purchase was some time in mid 2022, when I literally ordered it this year. I feel like they archived my order after getting the money (like many others) and will never ship anything out. So disappointed having actually gotten good stuff from the previously.

I've ordered from the company three times. The first two orders were fine - albeit the long time to process and ship my order. The processing takes a while; at least a month. I don't think they have all items from website in stock.
For my third and last order, like other customers, I didn't receive my full order. I placed and ordered last holiday season and have yet to receive my item or a refund. I emailed them 3 times this year about my order and have not gotten an answer. The company is not transparent and reliable. Some communication would be nice...At this point, I see my order as a lost.

This company is a not recommended. I purchased last March 13,2023 . I emailed them wondering if the ship my order already March 27,23.they replied me 29 march said sorry for the delay because the warehouse is on relocation. Since then never heard anything .April 14 email back again and asked about my order same reply and email back ‘n fort last may 7 and they blocked me!!! Trying to reach out with them and I’m still blocked via email so I search the address on there website and it has a number on it and tried to call but didn’t work it’s just a prompt message. To make it short they’re bunch of scammers. Never recommend this company is a fraud . I asked them a refund but my email is been blocked . Never waste your money

i ordered from them on january.... it's been almost 8 months and i never got any shipping info or a human response from their team. i can't dispute the charge because i used a credit card that i no longer use. they are scamming people.

Like the other comments say: Do NOT order from this company. Because I loved the items I received last year from them, I placed another one this March. Now it’s almost June and my items are absent. I sen’t them more than 5 emails and it’s crickets. Whenever I tried to call them, the voicemail said that I was calling the outside of business hours. This is a scam and this company should be taken to the court for fraud!
