Liam Phelan/ Property Creative has worked in Spain on one very extensive refurbishment and two smaller properties for me. Additionally he has managed a refurbishment of a Grade ll listed property for me in the UK. Liam addresses each project from the viewpoint of getting the design 'right' at the outset.
